As a growing distributor of authentic Thai consumer goods, Mai Phú Hưng faced a major gap in their digital presence—they had no official website. This led to missed opportunities and loss of potential customers to competitors with stronger online visibility. Without prior experience in digital platforms, they were also uncertain about how to start building an effective website that reflected their brand.
We worked closely with Mai Phú Hưng to deeply understand their business goals, target customers, and product advantages—particularly in the Thai cleaning product segment. From there, we conducted UX research to design a user journey that aligns with how customers browse and buy. Based on our findings, we developed wireframes to ensure clarity, conversion, and a seamless experience across all devices. The site was then built with advanced SEO architecture in mind—optimized for search engines from the ground up. The final result was a complete, high-performance website tailored to both users and business growth.
